Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team at Screen International Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business, securing sponsorship revenue, and collaborating with industry partners to craft comprehensive lead-generation campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and identify solution provider companies that align with our clients' needs.
  • Prospect for new business and establish a robust sales pipeline, engaging prospects through written, verbal, and online communication.
  • Customize event and digital media programs to create compelling proposals that tailor sponsorship opportunities to match prospects' lead generation needs and objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring revenue delivery meets essential baseline metrics and growth targets. Collaborate closely with colleagues in Content, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of live events and online programs.
  • Cultivate enduring business relationships with clients, prioritising service quality and client satisfaction to foster repeat business.
Ideal Background:
  • A proven track record of B2B sales, preferably in sponsorship or media/advertising sales.
  • Utilise understanding of current trends to frame prospect outreach and conversations.
  • A minimum of three years B2B sales experience.
  • Business acumen and strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels.
