Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Botanical Rooms, a luxurious restaurant located within The Newt in Somerset estate. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading a team of front-of-house staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
