About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at The Newt in Somerset. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work, being flexible and creative, and preparing dishes to a high standard. You will work well in a team, manage your own time, and stay motivated. You will also be customer-led and focused, ensuring our guests enjoy amazing experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar operation is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure in the public eye
  • Confidence in talking to others
  • Good attention to detail
  • Great time management and self-motivated
  • Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
