About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will work with cutting-edge kitchen equipment and collaborate with some of the most passionate chefs in the South West. Our focus is on creating visually stunning dishes that highlight the flavors of each ingredient. We pride ourselves on using fresh, seasonal produce sourced from our estate garden and trusted local suppliers.

Your role will be pivotal in the kitchen, overseeing daily operations in your section and mentoring commis chefs in their development.

Previous experience in high-end food preparation and a strong passion for seasonal ingredients are essential.
