Job Responsibilities
As a Chef De Partie at Da Costa, you will be responsible for a section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring efficient kitchen operations and workflow
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to achieve menu goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
