Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Administration Coordinator within our Locality Impact team. This position focuses on supporting stroke survivors and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance during their recovery journey.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the transition of stroke survivors from hospital to community settings.
  • Deliver tailored information and guidance to clients and their caregivers.
  • Encourage and assist clients in making informed lifestyle choices to mitigate the risk of future strokes.
  • Oversee and mentor volunteers, enhancing their contributions to the service.
  • Utilize strong IT skills to manage documentation and communication effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in a caring profession, with experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Experience in organizing and managing group activities is also advantageous.

This role necessitates regular travel to meet clients in various community settings, and candidates must demonstrate their ability to fulfill this requirement.
