We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery from substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to ensure individuals receive the necessary support and resources.
- Deliver high-quality group programs and workshops, focusing on topics such as anger management, sleep disorders, and relationships.
- Collaborate with co-facilitators to debrief and evaluate progress, addressing any concerns and making adjustments as needed.
- Support social reintegration by promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
- Advocate for individuals to access partnership services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of substance misuse and relevant experience in a similar field. You should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good IT skills. Additionally, you should be proactive, able to work independently, and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills.
