Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Worker to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. As a Recovery Worker, you will work with clients who are struggling with opiate and non-opiate addiction, providing support and guidance to help them achieve recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with GPs, partner organizations, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a shared care service and provide specialist interventions, including prescribing of opiate substitution therapy and access to detoxification.

* Work with clients to develop personalized recovery plans and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to support clients in recovery.

* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all client information is confidential and secure.

Requirements:
