About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting service users on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources.
  • Develop and deliver structured content within group settings, promoting social reintegration and enabling service users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.
  • Collaborate with service users to identify and address their needs, providing advocacy and support to access partnership services.
  • Engage with debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators, reviewing progress and identifying concerns with service users.
  • Design and prepare subject matter and materials for groups/pods, tailoring workshops to meet the needs of service users.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working within a similar field. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Have a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice.
  • Be proactive and able to work on your own initiative, with excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Be a supportive team player, with a strong commitment to information governance processes and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
