About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Program Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery from substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to clients, facilitating their recovery journey through group programs and one-to-one sessions.
  • Deliver high-quality group work, managing group dynamics and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct assessments, develop recovery plans, and make onward referrals as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reduce substance-related harm and promote social reintegration.
  • Design and deliver tailored workshops and group sessions on topics such as anger management, sleep disorders, and relationships.
  • Advocate for clients to access partnership services and promote involvement of families and carers in the recovery process.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong understanding of substance misuse and relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in facilitating group work and managing group dynamics.
  • A good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and best practices.
  • A supportive and non-judgmental approach, with a commitment to promoting recovery and resilience.
