Recovery Driver

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will be to provide a safe and reassuring presence, ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to roadside emergencies, providing a calm and professional demeanor to our customers.
- Assess and recover vehicles, utilizing your expertise to solve a variety of issues and get our members back on the road.
- Work independently, as well as collaboratively with our team, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) license, with a Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card.
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- A competitive salary, including a guaranteed minimum of £36,035 for CE (HGV 1) license holders and £33,160 for C (HGV 2) license holders.
