About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our ICT Channel division at Integro Partners Ltd. This is a sales role that involves identifying and converting business opportunities and leads into new relationships across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Prospects: Identify prospects that meet the sector requirements and have the potential to become valuable clients.
  • Qualify Sales Calls: Make effective qualifying sales calls to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.
  • Set Appointments: Set appointments with potential clients to discuss their business needs and how our company can assist them.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage the sales cycle to close new business and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to secure a sale.
  • Conduct Supplier Meetings: Conduct successful supplier meetings to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Build Relationships: Build a network of vendor / supplier introducers and relationships to support business growth.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that clients and suppliers receive exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends: Build awareness of the ICT market, adapt to changes and opportunities as they occur.
  • Represent the Company: Understand the company proposition and represent them in a professional manner and with due regard to the compliance requirements of the organisation.
  • Engage with Internal Departments: Engage professionally with all departments within the company at all times.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Competent in all aspects of technology and social media.
Requirements
  • Previous B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the finance sector.
  • Finance Sector Experience: Experience of working within the finance sector.
  • ICT Market Experience: Experience of the ICT market.
  • Network of Resellers/Suppliers: A network of resellers/ suppliers/ VAR's would be advantageous.
  • Track Record of Sales: A track record in identifying, negotiating and closing sales.
  • Positive and Outgoing: A positive, outgoing individual.
  • Performance Driven: Performance/ target driven.
  • Time Management: Able to plan your own diary and manage time effectively.
