Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at THC Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the IT Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Soft Asset Finance, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Account Management: Nurture and grow existing relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends to inform product development and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets, with a strong understanding of the IT Finance sector.
