Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage the diaries of senior management team members, ensuring that appointments and meetings are coordinated efficiently.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Communication: Provide comprehensive communication support, including email management, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Workload Management: Maintain and update Microsoft Planner to ensure effective workload management and deadline tracking.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at senior management level.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
