Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the diaries of senior management team members, ensuring that appointments and meetings are coordinated efficiently.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Communication: Provide comprehensive communication support, including email management, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Workload Management: Maintain and update Microsoft Planner to ensure effective workload management and deadline tracking.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at senior management level.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
