Project Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams and Project Managers to execute diverse projects.
  • Conduct basic project reporting and scheduling tasks.
  • Assist in the creation of tracking databases and Kanban boards.
  • Maintain up-to-date KPIs, trackers, and metrics.
  • Aid in resolving basic and routine queries.
  • Acquire knowledge of business processes and procedures.
  • Provide support in Project Management activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks and utilize general office skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Project Management policies, processes, and systems.
  • Experience within a project team is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of various Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Project Management governance is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Skills gained through job-related training and practical experience.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in IT and eager to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
  • Basic understanding of team dynamics and project organizational structures.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Capacity to identify and implement best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Work within established procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality.
