About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with a combined value of up to £10m. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending weekly site progress meetings to ensure projects are on track
  • Managing schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness
  • Meeting with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates
  • Preparing tenders and assisting with bids to secure new projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience working as a Contracts Manager in the UK construction industry, with a focus on projects up to £10m in value
  • Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
