Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate responsive quotations based on Engineers' assessments from site evaluations.
  • Engage with clients to follow up on quotations.
  • Draft and distribute contract renewal quotations.
  • Assess incoming sales inquiries for qualification.
  • Prepare and issue pricing proposals.
  • Create spreadsheets and collaborate with Sales Personnel for necessary actions.
  • Analyze laboratory results and suggest appropriate actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Laboratory teams.
  • Receive training on the water treatment sector.

  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in an operational administrative capacity.
  • Willingness to pursue further business training.
