Job Summary:

The Sales Office Manager is a pivotal role within the Brickability Group PLC, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales office. This position demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of the office and the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales support staff, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders and scheduling deliveries, ensuring that all sales inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office, implementing and maintaining office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong written and verbal communication skills, customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
