Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit pricing, quotes, and tenders to clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Engage in regular communication with customers via calls and emails, including some outreach efforts.
- Assist in managing warehouse inventory to ensure it is adequately stocked.
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Participate in the receipt and organization of new inventory shipments.
- Stay informed about product details and updates.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to clients.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in office sales.
- Ability to retain and apply technical knowledge effectively.
- Experience in account management and customer liaison.
- Competence in coordinating pricing inquiries.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Collaboration with the sales team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focus on customer service excellence.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.
- Basic administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email communication.
Compensation: £24,000 per annum, full-time position with standard working hours.
Benefits: 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a holiday shutdown during the Christmas period.
