We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Estimator who will collaborate closely with our clients and sales team to identify and propose tailored solutions that align with customer needs throughout the sales process. This role involves offering administrative support to our Area Sales Managers and the Sales Office, acting as a vital link between the external sales team and our clientele.

The ideal candidate will also provide essential support to our marketing and sales divisions, generating quotations via our CRM system by accurately interpreting customer requirements from technical specifications and identifying the necessary ELCO or ATAG products and accessories.

You will work in conjunction with Area Sales Managers, utilizing the quotation application to ascertain the appropriate discount levels for quotations. As a proficient user of the Goldvision CRM system, you will manage database information, generate reports, and analyze significant sales data. Your confidence in advancing quotations and potential orders through various communication channels will be crucial, as will your ability to produce potential order reports for the Area Sales Managers.

Maintaining precise project notes, timelines, and order reports within the Goldvision CRM system is essential, as is the creation and updating of activities and communications to the Area Sales Managers.

Key Requirements:
- GCSE Level C or 4 and above in Math and English
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity with a strong understanding of Excel and CRM systems
- Familiarity with the heating industry
