Job Summary:

KFS Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Specialist Sales Support team across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Specialist Consultants in the processing of specialist lending applications
  • Handle and monitor calls as part of the team
  • Provide administrative support, including data inputting and processing
  • Assist with correspondence between the sales team and introducers
  • Manage a busy inbox of external referrals for new enquiries and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Liaise with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants
  • Book appointments and manage the diary of colleagues when requested
  • Undertake basic administrative duties across the business

Requirements:

  • Motivated and focused self-starter with the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with commercial awareness of business requirements
  • Strong grasp of written English
  • Excellent proof-reading skills
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
