This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the successful execution and management of pricing strategies. The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will lead a team of three Pricing Analysts who will collaborate with you to implement the pricing strategy effectively.

This position requires close collaboration with product and sales management teams, where you will oversee various tasks including the optimization of the global pricing model, support for special pricing initiatives, and margin oversight. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring pricing performance and managing all pricing systems, procedures, and guidelines, as well as facilitating the integration of new pricing software solutions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a strategic approach to resolving pricing challenges, and a meticulous commitment to pricing methodologies.

Experience Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and metrics, including profitability assessments, margin management, and pricing elasticity.
  • Expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques, particularly statistical analysis.
  • Experience with pricing software and tools, such as revenue management systems, pricing optimization software, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Comprehension of B2B sales processes, negotiation principles, and customer relationship management.
