You will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring a positive interaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face, providing prompt and precise information.
  • Assist clients with product-related questions, order management, and post-purchase support.
  • Professionally manage client complaints and issues, striving for swift and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Support the sales team by offering information and assistance as required.
  • Handle administrative duties, including data entry and managing client databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality client service.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance client service skills and product knowledge.
