POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Relations Specialist, you play a vital role in fostering and sustaining a professional rapport with our clientele, while consistently aiming for service excellence and positioning NOV as the preferred provider for NOV Spare Parts.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will generate and follow up on customer orders and assist clients as needed. You will also be an integral part of ongoing enhancement initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing strategies for improved efficiency in line with our overarching goals and vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to customer inquiries for spare parts quotations in a timely manner, adhering to departmental KPIs.
  • Ensure customer requirements are processed with due consideration of relevant customs regulations.
  • Handle customer order entries and keep clients updated on their order status.
  • Maintain customer quotes, sales orders, and communications within the NOV database.
  • Ensure timely delivery by collaborating with internal NOV departments to meet customer deadlines and demands.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, coordinating with various NOV divisions such as Purchasing and Quality Assurance to address delays and technical issues related to spare parts.
  • Stay informed about market pricing trends and notify the Spare Parts Manager of any pricing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with management to address and document customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for customers as required.
  • Engage with the Capital Sales department to identify and follow up on spare parts orders as necessary.
  • Participate in the rotational on-call system.
  • Perform additional duties as business needs arise, as reasonably expected by your line manager.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company protocols at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of secondary education or higher (essential).
  • Possession of a driving license (desirable).
EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in a related field (desirable).
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) (essential).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (essential).
