Are you prepared to play a crucial role in our Oil and Gas Products division? We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to become part of our team. In this position, you will oversee order management for all Johnson Controls Global Products, as well as Third Party Vendor needs and the provision of Spare Parts & Equipment. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager for UK Global Products, you will serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations to clients.
- Request and obtain quotes from vendors.
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Manage product and service requests.
- Maintain precise records.
- Coordinate the transportation of goods to and from calibration facilities.
- Prepare and submit invoices.
- Contribute to monthly sales forecasts.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers.
What We Seek:
- Prior experience in sales administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Outstanding organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members across functions.
- Experience in international logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
