Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Country Managing Director to lead our operations in the region. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with our company's overall vision and goals.
    • Oversee the development and execution of business plans to achieve corporate objectives.
    • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team to drive business results.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our corporate values.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across all departments.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Manage and control budgets and financial plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the company's budget and financial plans.
    • Oversee financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and the code of conduct.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.
    • Ensure transparent and effective communication with Regional and Group management and other stakeholders.
    Requirements
    • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Strong track record of experience and success in senior leadership and management roles.
    • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
    • Strong financial management and analytical capabilities.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and deliver results through teams.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Working Conditions
    • Primarily office-based with frequent travel to company sites, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
    • May require extended hours to meet business demands and deadlines.
