About the Role
Community Dental Services CIC is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
- Work closely with the Clinical and Operational Leads team to ensure seamless service delivery and business development.
- Identify and develop innovative services, business models, and ways of working to secure additional income streams.
- Develop strong relationships with the wider dental team, enabling employee participation in CDS CIC and with the organization's corporate directorates.
- Provide support to all clinics across Bedfordshire, visiting all bases in the county as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management, business development, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of business planning, health and safety legislation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
