Job Title: Cost Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning and Estimation: Develop and implement cost plans and estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
  • Cost Control and Management: Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential cost risks, and ensuring that costs are aligned with project objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to clients and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve project financial performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, and to ensure that cost management services are aligned with project objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance cost management services and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered status (e.g., RICS) and a degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
