Location: Northern Ireland, Belfast - hybrid working options available, with occasional site visits required.
Contract: Permanent - full-time with flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, verify, and generate reports on financial performance using Causeway Project Accounting (CPA).
- Calculate and manage productivity bonus payments, and prepare monthly and final payment applications, including the evaluation and processing of subcontractor applications.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and on-demand commercial reports, including monthly Cost Value Reports (CVRs).
- Accurately predict, track, and report on project costs and values by analyzing financial data and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare cost estimates and assist with various ad-hoc tasks to support the broader team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cost Estimator or Accounts Manager.
- Background in managing high-volume, low-value projects.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in roles requiring client interaction.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
