Program Coordinator
Location: Hybrid working model (minimum 2 days in the office weekly)

Are you an experienced Program Coordinator seeking a transformative opportunity that emphasizes the adoption of innovative operational practices alongside the deployment of advanced technology? If this resonates with you, we invite you to consider a role within our Technology and Insight Team, where you will spearhead the execution of critical business and technology initiatives that will significantly enhance our operational framework and improve the support we provide to our tenants and service users.

This position is vital for the successful delivery of a portfolio comprising high-profile projects aligned with our corporate strategy and change initiatives. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-focused results and ensure the realization of benefits.

We are in search of a Program Coordinator who possesses qualifications in Agile methodologies as well as traditional project management approaches. You should have a proven track record of overseeing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final closure.

Experience in managing substantial system implementations, such as ERP or CRM systems, or transitioning a Housing Management System, is crucial. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
