About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our team on weekends. As a key member of our call handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a variety of situations, and ensuring that our clients receive a safe and secure lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming calls from retired Homeowners, responding to emergencies, fire panel alarms, security entry calls, and speaking to people keen to hear a friendly voice.
  • Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded every time.
  • Remain alert and available for your next customer, providing a friendly and responsive approach.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
  • Great listening and communication skills, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in a crisis, and with good common sense.
  • Excellent telephone manner, good standard of English, and IT skills are essential.
