About the Role

We are seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to join our team at Careline Support Ltd. As a key member of our call handling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to a variety of situations, including emergencies and security entry calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from retired Homeowners, responding to a variety of situations, including emergencies and security entry calls.
  • Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring information is accurately recorded every time.
  • Remain alert and available for your next customer, providing a friendly and responsive approach.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, and calm in a crisis.
  • Excellent telephone manner, good standard of English, and IT skills are essential.
