About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our call handling team at Careline Support Ltd on weekends. As a Weekend Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retired homeowners, responding to a variety of situations, and ensuring that our customers receive a safe and secure lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls from retired homeowners, responding to emergencies, fire panel alarms, security entry calls, and speaking to people who need a friendly voice
  • Log each call in our CRM system to ensure accurate and detailed information
  • Remain alert and available for the next customer, providing a flexible, friendly, and responsive approach
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in a crisis, and with good common sense
  • A good standard of English and IT skills
