About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Advisor to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Manage client interactions with confidence and poise, handling payments, bookings, and other administrative tasks with ease.
  • Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice routines, utilizing our online booking system to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide the best possible care for our clients' pets.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, with experience using online booking systems and other practice software.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing the highest level of care for our clients' pets.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.

  • A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
