Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payments and future bookings with confidence, utilizing our online booking system.
  • Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day practice routines, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in using our online booking system and other practice software.
