Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Care Advisor to join our team. As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience for them and their pets. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing administrative support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care for their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client relationships, building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing bookings, payments, and client records.
  • Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care for their pets.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the practice, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in computer software and online systems.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary or animal care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
