Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage client interactions, including greeting, checking in, and checking out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Coordinate the day-to-day routines of the practice, utilizing our online booking system to ensure seamless operations.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide exceptional care and service to clients and their pets.
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest level of service and care.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license, as you will be required to travel between our three practices in Ayr, Irvine, and Kilmarnock.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider community.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and care, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
