Vets for Pets is a dynamic and growing veterinary practice with a team of 50+ colleagues working across three busy practices in Ayrshire. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and their pets, and we're looking for a talented Client Care Advisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets. As a Client Care Advisor, you'll be the friendly and welcoming face for our clients, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Manage client relationships and build strong rapport with clients and the practice team
  • Coordinate the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Be a team player and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent client care
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Computer literacy and experience with online booking systems
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love of animals
