About the Role

At Phrase, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales enablement function and driving sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's sales goals and overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to ensure that all sales enablement activities are directly aligned with business goals.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and processes and implement initiatives that address these gaps and measure their effectiveness in enhancing sales productivity.
  • Provide regular reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, including metrics on training impact, content usage, and sales performance improvements.
  • Work experience in a successful and growing global SaaS company.
