Sales Enablement Manager

Figma is on the lookout for an experienced Manager of Sales Enablement to enhance our expanding team. This pivotal role will concentrate on crafting and executing enablement initiatives tailored for the EMEA Sales Team, particularly within the Enterprise sector. Reporting directly to the Director of Enablement, the Manager will oversee a Commercial Sales Enablement Manager and spearhead the continuous advancement of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate both live and virtual onboarding and training sessions
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales training curriculum
  • Assess program adherence and its impact on business outcomes
  • Participate in customer meetings to refine training initiatives
  • Contribute to the progression of Figma's sales strategies
  • Establish a strong partnership with the Commercial Sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales or training capacity
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and deliver training to diverse groups
  • Experience with conversation intelligence platforms like Chorus or Gong
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for designing effective sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the software-as-a-service sector
  • Proficiency in addressing complex challenges
  • Certification as a trainer in sales methodologies
  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying sales position
