About the Role

Figma is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development of our sales organization. As a Manager, Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enablement programs for our EMEA Sales Team, specifically targeting the Enterprise segment. You will lead a Commercial Sales Enablement Manager and focus on deal qualification, discovery, value realization, and executive presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs that equip members of our Sales teams with the essential knowledge and skills required to be successful in their role.
  • Maintain a sales training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of our team, including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials.
  • Own the outcomes of your training programs, continually measuring program compliance, participant performance, and business impact of each program.
  • Attend customer meetings and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our training programs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions as our platform and user base expand.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with the Commercial Sales team and Leaders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in sales or 5+ years in a training, enablement, or instructing role.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to adapt on the fly, while establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines at a fast pace, in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10+ learners and developing dynamic training curriculums.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product.
  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create a strong coaching culture.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) while also being able to facilitate by breaking down complex topics that our sales team can action on immediately.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a software-as-a-service company.
  • Ability to solve large ambiguous challenges that you haven't solved before.
  • Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company.
  • Certified as a trainer in our sales methodology - 'Command of the Message'.
