Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program, including tools, processes, and programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and roll out targeted programs.
  • Develop and launch sales enablement programs in collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing.
  • Ensure the skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of the sales organization.
  • Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue-generating efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales enablement/training, ideally in the Fintech space.
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • An ability to manage the full training cycle.
  • Experience with learning management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • BSc degree.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
