Sales Enablement Manager

Are you a sales enablement expert looking to drive revenue growth and enhance sales productivity? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Carwow, a leading online car-changing destination.
About the RoleAs a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and maximising performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials
- Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and translating complex data into actionable insights for the sales team
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity
- Designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices
- Managing and optimising sales enablement tools and platforms to ensure they meet the needs of the sales team
- Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in content creation and management tools
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
