About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and maximising performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials
  • Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and translating complex data into actionable insights for the sales team
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices
  • Managing and optimising sales enablement tools and platforms to ensure they meet the needs of the sales team
  • Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
