Customer-Focused Facilities Operations Coordinator

Responsible for overseeing the coordination of Facilities Management (FM) operations, which encompass everything from Maintenance to Strategic Construction initiatives, while serving as the primary customer liaison to ensure timely actions and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the facilities site manager and building custodians to establish and implement an efficient Site/Building Process confirmation routine, along with necessary follow-up actions.
- Oversee the documentation of actions and ensure prompt follow-up and communication to broader business sectors regarding FM matters.
- Serve as the principal FM interface at the local business level during working group meetings as needed.
- Assist the facilities site manager in addressing reactive or unplanned daily challenges that may arise within the facility.
- Support the facilities site manager and Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on matters related to Environmental, Health & Safety that require attention or enhancement, acting as a coordinator when necessary.
Required Skills
Essential
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management or construction is essential, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication abilities, along with effective customer relations and stakeholder management skills, are crucial.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with Airbus and familiarity with Airbus processes and relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations is advantageous.
