Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control Specialist to join our team. As a Stock Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuring that all stock procedures and audit requirements are respected.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Stock Control Operations: You will be responsible for coordinating stock control operations, including monitoring stock movements, preparing and allocating stock, and investigating any discrepancies.
  2. Monitor Stock Movements: You will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, including preparation and allocation of stock for stores, meetings, and exhibitions.
  3. Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory, including tracking stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing new processes to improve inventory management.
  4. Stock Administration: You will be responsible for coordinating stock administration, including ensuring that all stock is properly documented and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  5. Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that all stock-related information is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  1. Background in Luxury Industry: You will have a background in the luxury industry, preferably in a stock management role.
  2. Inventory Management Experience: You will have experience in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing new processes to improve inventory management.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to internal teams.
  4. Emotional Intelligence: You will have high emotional intelligence, including the ability to recognize and manage emotions effectively.
  5. Curiosity: You will have a thirst for expanding knowledge and delivering innovation and creativity through creative opportunities.
