Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control Specialist to join our team. As a Stock Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuring that all stock procedures and audit requirements are respected.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Stock Control Operations: You will be responsible for coordinating stock control operations, including monitoring stock movements, preparing and allocating stock, and investigating any discrepancies.
  2. Monitor Stock Movements: You will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, including preparation and allocation of stock for stores, meetings, and exhibitions.
  3. Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that the physical stock is aligned with the stock information in the SAP system.
  4. Stock Administration: You will be responsible for coordinating the passports of products, printing and allocating cards according to stock movement, and ensuring that valid passports and required paperwork are attached to products before shipping.
  5. GIA Certificates: You will be responsible for ensuring that GIA certificates are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  1. Background in Jewellery or Luxury Industry: You must have a background in the jewellery or luxury industry.
  2. Experience in Stock Management: You must have experience in a stock management role.
  3. Passionate about Jewellery Industry: You must be passionate about the jewellery industry.
  4. Office Skills: You must have excellent office skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as knowledge of the SAP system.
  5. GIA Diamond/Gemstone Qualification: A GIA diamond/gemstone qualification is a plus.
