SB Media Group is on the lookout for a meticulous and data-driven Social Media Insights Analyst to evaluate, interpret, and present the effectiveness of our social media initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of social media analytics, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a commitment to data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and scrutinize data from a variety of social media channels (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Assess social media performance metrics and generate consistent reports detailing performance, trends, and insights.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and outreach based on analytical findings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of social media campaigns, providing practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Employ analytics tools and software for effective social media reporting.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies are in sync with broader marketing objectives.
  • Identify potential areas for growth and optimization of social media presence.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Insights Analyst or in a comparable position.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and their respective analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling applications (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to decode complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.

Position is based in London with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
