About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Insights Analyst to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced media analytics and audience measurement techniques to analyze complex media consumption data, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions to enhance content strategy and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze various forms of media to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate media insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, translating media data concepts into actionable strategies and business implications.
  • Industry and Audience Research: Stay informed about industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes through diligent media research and analysis.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, personalize media campaigns, and enhance audience experience to drive higher engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a media analytics or audience insights role at a sports company or similar, with a strong track record of generating valuable media insights.
  • Strong technical proficiency in a media analytics or audience insights role, with a strong track record of generating valuable media insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
