Position Overview: Join Silverdrum as a Social Data Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic and rapidly expanding independent performance marketing agency.

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £40,000 plus performance bonuses.

Work Environment: This position is based in Central London, with a requirement of two in-office days each week.

  • While the primary focus is on paid social media, there is also an interest in expanding capabilities in organic social analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration: Combine data from various sources using Funnel, ensuring precision and availability for analysis.
  • Report Development: Design and maintain Looker Studio reports to facilitate daily decision-making, with a commitment to ongoing enhancement of their accuracy and relevance.
  • Experimentation: Conduct structured experiments, identify testing opportunities, implement strategies, manage rewards, and communicate outcomes effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Perform incrementality studies, analyze trends utilizing spreadsheets and Python notebooks, and deliver comprehensive insights.
  • Tracking Oversight: Review tracking setups, create tracking maps, and assist clients in resolving tracking challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a social or data analyst capacity.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets for daily analytical tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and present them clearly.
  • Exceptional communication abilities for sharing findings with stakeholders.
  • Experience with B2C clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Familiarity with marketing data and its intricacies.
  • Desirable experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and paid media management tools.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests and reporting results.
  • Interest in emerging AI trends and technologies for social media metrics.
