Position Overview

ESG Flo is on the lookout for a committed ESG Software Onboarding Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will work in close collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to facilitate client onboarding and serve as a vital link between client insights and our Product teams. You will act as an ESG Flo authority for clients throughout their onboarding journey.

Your Responsibilities

As an ESG Software Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their sustainability initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Client Onboarding & Management
  • Lead weekly meetings with clients to comprehend their processes and data challenges, ensuring ESG Flo's support.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients on ESG Flo's Scopes 1, 2, 3, and Compliance Reporting Platforms, including data organization and ongoing assistance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for new clients and their teams during the onboarding phase.
  1. Collaboration with Customer Success Team
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to ensure robust client relationships.
  • Partner with fellow customer success analysts to enhance client onboarding and data organization.
  1. Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams
  • Relay customer feedback to the Product team and assist in prioritizing features.
  • Report issues to the engineering team and manage customer bug tickets.
  1. Data Analytics Support for Current Clients
  • Assist clients in addressing challenges related to data collection and standardization.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to support clients in identifying critical changes to reported figures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data organization and project management.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and the ESG sector.
  • Educational background in environmental science or sustainability is advantageous.
